10th August 2011
Windsurfing: Alton reservoiur
Wind Direction:
Wind Stength: F1 - F5
Surf / Sea State: flat
Air Temperature: warm
Sea Temperature: warm
Weather: warm
Max Speed: 20 + (knots - unless stated otherwise)
Distance Covered: 1 1/2 hrs (Nautical Miles - unless stated otherwise)

With the wind blowing NW and low tide everywhere, the dip dead off, it had to be the reservoir.
Rigged 7.5 x 145L and had a good time. The place is holey and gusty but for once the wind stayed up 10 mins a time on the far side from top end to club house about 500 metres runs.
Wished I had kept my 7.8 Pryde RS Slalom and had switched on the gps!
The upside of rotationals / on the water in 20 mins, downside, definately not as quick. Several sailors out said I missed the good wind...
